Yes!!! Finally off without our kids for a small break! Yes, we do adore our children but still enjoy the moments that one can enjoy without the little cuties around. We stayed in a cabin with our fabulous cousins Brek and Emily.
There was so much snow our cabin that was huge, looked like a snow mountain with a door. Here is the entrance into the cabin. We should have gone sledding down the roof!!
So, now you are starting to get jealous at how great you know the skiing was. Here is the driveway into the cabin. It is a great thing that there is such a thing as giant snowblowers. Thank-you Kent and Brek!
We had a few wipeouts here and there, it didn't seem to matter it was so soft.
Brek and Emily on the lift. We had a great time trying to keep up to these two, we definitely got better keeping up with them. Kristin was able to ski with us in Park City, we had a blast!
After a great day of skiing we just had to beat our husbands in ping pong. Ha ha! I'm sure their story is a little different, we had to stop them from cheating a few times. In the end no one could stop our winning force!

How cool you got to get away & got to see the line of cars after the funeral.
oh my gosh. i can tell you were raised in canada. wiping out in the snow is not my idea of fun, but the cabin looks like a blast. i'm glad you and kyle finally got a break. we miss you guys!
Wow Heidi, that's all I can say. YOu so deserved that break and looks like your back is doing better. Or maybe not and that explains the wipeout. ha! Looks like such a blast, my parents went to the dental seminar too, and skied the same days as you, probably didn't see them though. Can't wait to join you guys on the "Dental trips/ski trips" we will we will! I'm so happy you got to see the funeral line. I too was watching from the tube and thought how amazing it would have been to be there and see that. You lucky girl. I love ya
So fun! You look great Heidi. That must have been a great weekend in Park City. I miss UT! I still need to learn how to ski. I've only been once and I had my fair share of wipe outs.
